What is the definition and measure of health?

The standard of health refers to the perfect state of body, psychology, social adaptability and morality. According to the health standard set by the World Health Organization 65438-0999, there are "five fasts" in physical condition, that is, walking fast, eating fast, defecating fast and sleeping fast, and three good in psychological condition, that is, good personality, good handling ability and good interpersonal relationship.

The World Health Organization has ten health standards:

4, strong adaptability, can adapt to various changes in the external environment.

5, can resist the common cold and infectious diseases.

6, appropriate weight, body symmetry, when standing, head, shoulders, arms position coordination.

7, bright eyes, quick response, eyelids are not easy to be inflamed.

8, clean teeth, no dental caries, no pain, normal gum color, no bleeding.

9, the hair is shiny, no dandruff.

10, muscular and elastic skin.
