If you are bitten or scratched by a dog or cat, you should take three emergency measures immediately: step one: clean the wound. Wash the wound with running water immediately, wash off the virus as much as possible, and squeeze out the blood. If possible, it is best to rinse with 20% soapy water for 20-30 minutes.
