Putty is a kind of base material used for repairing and leveling walls, which lays a good foundation for the next decoration (painting and wallpaper pasting). Putty can be divided into interior wall and exterior wall. Exterior wall putty is wind-proof and sun-resistant, so it has high viscosity, high strength and slightly lower environmental protection index. Internal wall putty has good comprehensive index, is healthy and environmentally friendly, so the internal wall does not need external coating, and the external wall does not need internal coating.
The process of scraping putty powder on the inner wall is as follows:
First of all:
1, base treatment, cleaning up attachments such as floating dust and oil stains at the base. Generally, "liquid sealing anti-cracking agent (wall cement)" is used for high-permeability anchoring and dust sealing treatment on the base surface, which is not easy to be too thick when liquid is rolled;
2. If the wall is insulated, the safest way is to stick gypsum board or high-strength gypsum interface agent once or twice. Then use "gypsum caulking agent" for caulking treatment;
3. If there is an old putty layer on the wall surface, it must be cleaned up, and then the surface treatment of the base layer shall be done according to the method of "1" above.
Second: use "gypsum interface agent" to do 1 pass or 2-pass anti-crack leveling treatment.
Third, the use of "ecological putty powder, high-calcium non-radioactive lithopone, ecological water-resistant putty, etc." Do leveling again.
Fourth: Use "1200 mesh JS decorative putty (bucket)" for fine leveling.
