Overseas gold returnees should truthfully declare their health registration, do personal protection during the whole process, consciously cooperate with the epidemic prevention inspection at entry ports, railway passenger stations and bus stations, take the initiative to apply for the Zhejiang Hygiene Code (International Edition), and implement relevant prevention and control measures according to regulations. Upon arrival at the destination or residence, it shall be reported to the local community (village) and unit within 1 hour and incorporated into the local grid management system. Hotels (hotels) should strictly implement the obligation of real-name registration and reporting of overseas returnees, and reception units and communities (villages) should report relevant information of overseas returnees to local police stations or epidemic prevention and control departments in a timely manner as required. Counties (cities, districts) should strictly implement the territorial responsibility, screen and verify the information of immigrants going to the region at the first time, arrange special buses to pick them up at designated places in accordance with the relevant regulations of provinces and cities, and implement prevention and control measures such as centralized or isolated medical observation and self-health monitoring in 14 days. Among them, those who have visited Italy, Iran, Spain, South Korea, Germany, France, the United States, Switzerland, Japan, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Denmark in the past 14 days are subject to centralized or isolated medical observation in China. During the period of isolated medical observation and self-health monitoring, the communities (villages), hotels (restaurants) and relevant units of returned overseas students should respect their language and cultural habits, and do a good job in epidemic prevention guidance, daily follow-up and other services as required.
