Article 16 When an occupational health examination institution accepts the entrustment of an employer to conduct occupational health examination, it shall sign an entrustment agreement.
Article 17 The occupational health inspection institution shall inform the employer of the items to be inspected and the inspection period according to the relevant technical specifications of occupational health monitoring and the materials submitted by the employer.
The employer shall provide relevant information such as the types of occupational hazard factors exposed, the detection results of occupational hazard factors in the workplace, the list of medical examiners, and the technological process. , kept by both parties, as an annex to the entrustment agreement.
Article 18 If a worker thinks that his health may be related to the occupational hazards he is exposed to, and it is necessary to carry out occupational health examination, the occupational health examination institution shall carry out the health examination according to the occupational history certificate issued by the unit where the worker works or the occupational history declared by the worker himself.
