Is it scientific to eat two meals a day?

Eating less and eating more is scientific, and eating less and eating more is one of the widely circulated dietary suggestions. A large number of studies in the past 40 years have proved the benefits of this eating habit. Czech scientists conducted an experimental study on 1400 people aged 60-64 under normal heating. Among them, 668 people eat 1 ~ 2 meals a day, and 1 person in every three people suffers from different types of cardiovascular diseases; 156 people divide the same amount of food into five portions, that is, five meals a day, and the total amount remains unchanged. The number of people suffering from cardiovascular diseases is 1/6, which is less than three meals a day 13.3%.

The latest research on animals shows that two meals a day are helpful to the health of experimental animals and prolong their life. Studies on the eating habits of healthy adults show that reducing the number of meals without reducing the intake of calories, vitamins and minerals has not significantly changed the frequency of heart attacks and most health parameters in the blood.

Scientists believe that how the number of meals per day affects health needs further study, so they suggest that people keep the existing eating habit of eating at least three times a day.

There are several main principles:

Third, don't let your body be hungry.
