Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant policies and regulations of the education authorities, and in combination with the actual enrollment work of the college, in order to standardize the enrollment work, ensure the smooth enrollment work of the college and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the college and candidates.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of Yuanpei College of Shaoxing University in 2020.
Chapter II General Situation of College

Article 6 The college has the qualification of enrolling students for higher education. Those who meet the graduation requirements will be awarded a full-time undergraduate diploma. Those who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree.
Article 7 Introduction to the College
College was founded in June 5438 +2000 10, named after Mr. Cai Yuanpei, a modern educator and thinker in China. Adhering to the spirit of "freedom of thought and inclusiveness" and taking "studying in Germany" as the training goal of the college, we will cultivate high-quality applied talents with good social responsibility and humanistic quality, solid professional knowledge and skills, strong practical application ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability and sustainable development ability.
The College is located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, the first historical and cultural city in China. Chapter IV Enrollment Plan and Admission Principles
Article 11 The College enrolls students for the whole country 14 provinces (cities and autonomous regions). The specific enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (cities and autonomous regions).
Article 12 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment system of "colleges and universities are responsible and the enrollment departments of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) are supervised", and the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency" are implemented, and comprehensive evaluation and merit-based enrollment are carried out.
Article 13 Access Rules:
(A) enrollment in Zhejiang Province
According to the spirit of the document "Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of College Entrance Examination System in Zhejiang Province", candidates must meet the requirements of professional (class) elective subjects.
1. General professional enrollment: according to the candidates' total scores in the college entrance examination, professional parallel volunteer enrollment is implemented, and the enrollment ratio is 1: 1.
2. Trinity enrollment: arrange early admission for general classes, and the admission policy shall be implemented in accordance with the Trinity Enrollment Charter of Yuanpei College of Shaoxing University in 2020.
3. Admission of fine arts majors: The results of the provincial unified examination of fine arts majors in Zhejiang Province are recognized, and the professional parallel volunteer is admitted according to the comprehensive scores of candidates, with the ratio of 1: 1.
4. Single-recruit examination for secondary vocational schools: According to the total scores of candidates, professional parallel volunteer admission is implemented according to the classification, and the filing ratio is 1: 1.
(2) Enrollment outside the province (non-Zhejiang Province)

2. Enrollment of general arts and sciences majors
The principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers" is implemented in the professional arrangement of candidates.
There are no grades for professional volunteers, and they are admitted according to the scores from high to low. Those with the same scores will be selected according to the ranking rules of comprehensive scores of provinces. If the ranking of comprehensive scores in individual provinces is not clearly defined, when the total scores of candidates are the same, they will be sorted according to the total scores of culture, and when the total scores of culture are still the same, they will be sorted according to the scores and scores of individual subjects. The single subjects are arranged in order: liberal arts are Chinese, liberal arts synthesis, mathematics and foreign languages, and science is mathematics, science synthesis, Chinese and foreign languages.
When arranging candidates' majors, if the first major cannot be met, they will be admitted according to their second major; if they still cannot be met, they will be admitted according to their third major, and so on. When all the professional volunteers reported by the candidates are not accepted, those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed; For those who are subject to professional adjustment, adjust from high score to low score until the major is not fully recorded.
The admission conditions of candidates in Jiangsu Province shall be subject to the announcement of Jiangsu Education Examinations Institute. Candidates are selected according to the rule of "score first, then grade" after entering the file. When the scores are the same, those with higher scores in the selected subjects will be given priority (the priority admission order is A+A+→ A+A → A+B+→ AA → A+B → A+C → AB → B+B+), and the candidates who meet the professional volunteers will be given priority, and finally the volunteers will be arranged.
3. Art major enrollment

Candidates who are not English or Japanese are advised to apply carefully. Foreign language and literature (English, translation) majors only recruit English language candidates.
Nineteenth health requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities. Chapter V Admission Examination, Fees, Awards and Subsidies
Twentieth freshmen admitted to the college should go through the admission formalities at the college within the time limit stipulated by the college. Article 22 The College has national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, Zhejiang provincial government scholarships, Cai Yuanpei scholarships (654.38+0 million yuan/person), comprehensive scholarships, individual scholarships and various corporate scholarships to reward students with excellent academic performance. Students from poor families receive policy support such as state grants, state student loans, work-study programs, subsidies for difficulties, and true love funds.
Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-third colleges and universities do not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to enroll students, and do not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state.
