"12355" Youth Service Desk is a hotline for psychological counseling and legal aid for young people set up by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of * * *, which is built and maintained by organizations at all levels.
"12355" was originally named "12355" and was renamed "12355" in 2006, which is a hotline specially set up by the Rights and Interests Department of the Communist Youth League Central Committee to provide services for teenagers. The purpose of opening this hotline is to provide psychological counseling services and legal counseling help for young people, and to grasp it in time.
