I called Wenwen the day before yesterday. This tutor has been taking me since I came to Yiqingyuan. I hope she can go back to distant Guangzhou, because her two apprentices, Qing Er and Yang Yang, can finally stand proudly on the podium with her. Standing on this stage bearing glory and dreams, we have been together for the same name-Yiqingyuan!
As a college student majoring in food quality and safety, I just came to Yiqingyuan to take over the administrative work because I like tea and tea culture. I am careless. In fact, it is far from enough for administrative workers to eat hard, endure annoyance, endure anger and be busy. In others' eyes, administration means sitting in the office, tapping on the keyboard and flipping through newspapers. I thought it was like this before I touched it After doing it, I realized that I had multiple identities. I have also worked as an administrative Commissioner, a kitchen helper, a kitchen grease cleaner, a garbage porter, a hygienist, a porter, a gardener and a doorman. Administrative work is very complicated and trivial, and everything in the company can be linked to it. As a layman, under the leadership of Wen Wen and with the help of other colleagues, I try my best to do everything well and treat every job as an exercise and study. In addition to these tasks, I also gained another small gain by establishing the office tea system, opening up the kitchen bulletin board, joining the tea art team to perform, replacing the tea art work when the tea art specialist is away, assisting in training and maintaining the property. From 10 year-end wrap-up meeting, Yiqingyuan pen meeting, dormitory tea party, dormitory table tennis match, basketball friendly match, charity fundraising, Anhua style tour, black tea culture festival, agricultural fair, New Year's Eve party, even party affairs and trade unions, I may not be asked to do a lot of work, but I just think it will make people around me happy, help colleagues around me and make people around me feel Yiqingyuan. I have never thought about whether there is a reward for my efforts, and I don't care whether I am tired or not, because if I can make Yiqingyuan people around me happy, if my efforts can be recognized and accepted, it will be worth it.
My anxiety comes from your dissatisfaction with the food in the canteen, from the unclean sanitation in the park, from the fact that your requirements cannot be met one by one, from the sadness that I am not good enough to make mistakes all the time, and from the fact that I can get the help of so many colleagues just by making a phone call. My happiness comes from your simple and simple happiness after every activity; My sense of accomplishment comes from your gratitude and smile every time I solve a problem for everyone! My motivation comes from your support and companionship, and my persistence comes from Deng's encouragement after every failure and mistake. You let me learn to persist and cherish, you let me know love and persistence, and you let me be brave and happy on the way to deliver letters.
Every time I walk into the company, I look at the grass, trees, bricks and tiles here, and at everyone who works hard with me, my heart will be particularly calm and satisfied. I feel warm and kind because of the small fish swimming in the lotus flowers in the heart pavilion pool in summer, the willow trees blooming by the real rain spring, the bamboo swaying gently with the wind in the breeze forest and the vegetables planted by my uncle Jane in an acre of garden. Even cute and unreliable names like Little Fatty, Tingting, Tinker Bell, Sister Sun, Xiaojie, Sister Kang, Teacher Jane, Brother Fan, Brother Yi, Aunt, Brother Ruan, Sister Fairy and Little Tortoise always make me feel warm and happy.
