I. Installation requirements
1, located downstream of emission control equipment of stationary pollution sources; 2. Not affected by ambient light and electromagnetic radiation; 3, flue vibration amplitude as small as possible;
4. The installation position should avoid the interference of water droplets and water mist in the flue gas; 5, the installation position is not air leakage;
6. The working area where the flue gas CEMS is installed must provide permanent power supply to ensure the normal operation of the flue gas CEMS; 7. The sampling or monitoring platform is convenient for people to reach and has enough space for daily maintenance and comparative monitoring. When the sampling platform is set at a height of more than 5 meters above the ground, there should be a Z-shaped ladder/spiral ladder/elevator leading to the platform;
8. Provide shelter for outdoor flue gas CEMS device, so that the operation of flue gas CEMS will not be affected, the health of maintenance personnel will not be damaged, and it can be safely maintained under any weather conditions. The flue gas CEMS installed at high altitude should take measures to prevent lightning strike accidents and be grounded to ensure personal safety and instrument operation safety. Second, the specific requirements
1, priority should be given to vertical pipe sections and flue negative pressure areas.
2. The measuring position should avoid the sharp change of flue elbow and section. For particle CEMS, it should be set at a position not less than 4 times the flue diameter downstream of elbows, valves and reducing pipes, and not less than 2 times the flue diameter upstream of the above components; For gaseous pollutants, CEMS should be set at the position not less than 2 times the flue diameter downstream of elbows, valves and reducing pipes, and not less than 0.5 times the flue diameter upstream of the above components. For rectangular flue, the equivalent diameter D=2AB/(A+B), where a and b are side lengths. When the installation position can't meet the above requirements, the pipe section with stable airflow should be selected as far as possible, but the length of straight pipe section before installation position must be greater than that after installation position. Reference sampling holes should be reserved downstream of CEMS monitoring section of flue gas, and the number of sampling holes and sampling platforms should meet GB/T 16 157? Determination of particulate matter in exhaust gas from stationary pollution sources and sampling method of gaseous pollutants? The reference method test needs to be determined. Get as close as possible without affecting each other's measurement.
3. In order to facilitate the verification and comparison monitoring of particulate matter and velocity reference method, flue gas CEMS should not be installed in the flue with flue gas velocity less than 5 m/s. ..
4. A set of flue gas CEMS shall be installed for each stationary pollution source discharge equipment.
5. If the exhaust from the stationary pollution source enters the main exhaust pipe of the stationary pollution source after passing through multiple flues, the flue gas CEMS should be installed on the main exhaust pipe of the stationary pollution source as far as possible, but it is convenient to check the particle CEMS and flue gas flow CMS by reference method. It is not allowed to install only one set of flue gas CEMS on one flue, and take the multiple of the measured value as the emission result of the whole source, but it is allowed to install the same flue gas CEMS on each flue and summarize the measured values as the emission result of the source.
