It is another effective measure to strengthen epidemic prevention and control and do practical things for the people by greatly improving the speed of citizens' "code checking", standardizing the ride order, improving the efficiency of public transportation, alleviating the demand for obtaining "health code" at peak hours, and effectively promoting accurate prevention and control through data flow.
With the outbreak of epidemic in the whole country, under the strong leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, various epidemic prevention and control measures in Jinan have been effective, prevention and control and development have been carried out simultaneously, and the work situation has been steadily advanced. The Municipal Health and Wellness Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Big Data, the Municipal Transportation Bureau and the Public Transport Group, on the basis of comprehensively deepening the study and education on the history of the Party, actively carried out the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses", further explored the powerful function of "health code" to help prevent and control the epidemic, and played a positive role in promoting the orderly flow of personnel and speeding up the restoration of production and living order. With the strong support of the Provincial Health and Health Commission and the Provincial Big Data Bureau, the four departments closely cooperated and coordinated, and based on the principle of "safety prevention and control, information exchange and smooth travel", real-name registration system bus cards were associated with the status of "health code" to realize the integration and linkage of cards and codes. From August 2 1 day, when passengers take the bus lines of Jinan with the free cards for the elderly, student cards, love cards, military support cards and talent cards sold by Jinan Bus, the system will automatically verify the "health code" status of the cardholders. For passengers with abnormal "health code" status, the toll collector will prompt "restricted use" voice. Passengers should take the initiative to show the "health code" to the driver for re-verification. If the "Health Code" is displayed as red team or yellow code, they are not allowed to take the bus. In addition, when passengers use "Quancheng Yunka" in the "369 Travel" APP, if the health code corresponding to the registered ID card is abnormal, they cannot call the QR code and give a prompt. In addition to holding the above-mentioned cards, other passengers still need to strictly implement the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control in Jinan when taking the bus, and take the initiative to show their "health code" to the driver.
