People's physiological subconscious is the record of all physiological and psychological experiences, and any ancestors, childhood and past joys and sorrows are recorded with subconscious memory, which will become life-saving experiences in the future.

If you play basketball and touch the backboard every day during your growth and development, then your genes will receive a new subconscious, which will induce your genes to complete your structure with new drawings, and your height will surpass your ancestors.

At this time, no matter how many good things you eat, your body will not be used to change your body structure. Simply put, no matter how good your food is, your body will not change unless you receive some kind of training to let your internal body and neuroendocrine system receive the message that you must rebuild your body.

So is your immune system, body self-healing system and anti-aging system. Need to look better and better? Need to gain weight or lose weight? Need to get younger and younger? In fact, it depends on your subconscious mind first, and then your food nutrition.

Remember, food nutrition is the supply of raw materials, and you can't go to Gai Lou to build a bridge by yourself. Only when the command system is properly dispatched can these nutrients be well utilized. Otherwise, you can't change your physique, improve your immunity, and make you younger and younger!
