(1) Personal authentication: (choose one of the following six items)
1. A copy of the company's business license (duplicate) shall be stamped with the red official seal.
2. A copy of the hygiene license shall be stamped with the red official seal.
3. A copy of the food business license shall be stamped with the red official seal.
4. A copy of the food production license shall be stamped with the red official seal.
5. A copy of the certificate of social unified credit code shall be stamped with the red official seal.
6. Individual industrial and commercial households hold their ID cards, take photos with the original business license (the legal person does not wear a mask, and the face is clear, and the contents of the ID card and business license are clearly visible), print them in A4 paper color, and send the original photos to WeChat, the customer service enterprise of this unit.
(2) Collective registration (the following two items are required)
1. Copy of unit license (copy) stamped with red official seal.
2. The collective unit employment application form (obtained through WeChat of the unit customer service enterprise) is printed by machine (or the person in charge of the unit fills in the information in block letters neatly) and stamped with the red official seal.
2. Original and photocopy of my ID card.
