Due to the different temperature measuring methods of various motherboards, even motherboards of the same brand and model have different temperatures due to the different distances between the temperature measuring probes and the CPU. So it is unscientific to say how much temperature is safe in general. When the room temperature is high in summer, you can run Super Pi or 3DMark yourself, as long as you pass it stably, and you don't have to trust the temperature data of software testing.
