There are three kinds of statements in community nursing diagnosis:
(1) Three-paragraph statement method:
That is, PSE formula, P (problem, name of nursing diagnosis) +S (symptoms and signs, including other examination results) +E (etiology, related factors), is mostly used in existing nursing diagnosis. Such as: inefficient breathing pattern (P): cyanosis, shortness of breath (S): related to chest pain (E).
(2) Two-part statement method:
That is, only the name of nursing diagnosis (P)+ related factors (E), without symptoms and signs, is mostly used for "dangerous" nursing diagnosis. For example, there is a risk of skin integrity damage (P): it is related to long-term bed rest and forced posture collected by Medical Education Network (E).
(3) Partial statement method:
Health care diagnosis only uses the name of nursing diagnosis (P). Such as: potential mental health enhancement.
