Brazilian red-eared turtle is an aquatic turtle, which likes quietness and noisy, warm and cold, active in nature and has strong adaptability to the environment. For example, it is more tolerant to temperature changes than domestic turtles such as tortoise and mauremys mutica.
The suitable water temperature for growth is 20~32℃, and the optimum water temperature for growth is 25~30℃.
