Mental health test questions (20 topics):
There are four alternative answers to each of the following questions. Please choose the one that suits you best according to your actual situation:
A means that the last week does not exceed one day.
B means it happened on 1~2 days in the last week.
C means this has happened for 3-4 days last week.
D means this has happened for 5-7 days last week.
Scoring method: A 0, B 1, C 2, d 3 for each question. Finally, add up the scores of each question and work out the total score.

Analysis of test results:
A score below 16 indicates that you may have mild psychological problems, and you can try to conduct self-psychological counseling;
16 indicates that you have serious psychological problems and should consider going to the hospital for psychological consultation.
