Submersible pump should be lifted off the ground after every 50 hours of operation, and the sealing condition should be checked to ensure the safety of use.
2. Change the lubricating oil regularly.
After the oil-immersed submersible pump works for 500 hours, the oil in the sealed cavity should be replaced. After working for one year, the oil in the motor cavity should be replaced. And pay attention to the brand of engine oil. The oil used for submersible pumps is generally No.5 oil or 10 oil. Different brands of engine oils cannot be mixed. After the wet submersible pump runs continuously for 2000 hours, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced once. The replaced lubricating oil is lithium-based grease, and calcium-based grease cannot be used.
3, regular derusting
After the submersible pump is used for one year, it should be inspected for rust, derusted and coated with a layer of antirust paint.
4, regular maintenance
After being used every two years, the submersible pump should be thoroughly inspected, and all components should be broken, inspected, cleaned and lubricated, and then reassembled.
5, storage and maintenance
When the submersible pump is not used for a long time, it should be hung to the ground, dried and hung in a dry and ventilated room.
Second, the submersible pump common faults and troubleshooting methods
1, the water pump cannot be started.
Cause: The power supply voltage is too low; The circuit is broken somewhere; Pump impeller is stuck by foreign matter; The cable is broken; Cable pressure drop is too large, and cable plug is damaged; One of the three-phase cables is blocked; The winding in the motor room is burnt out.
Troubleshooting: adjust the voltage to 342 v ~ 418 v; Find out the cause of power failure and eliminate it; Disassemble the guide piece and remove sundries; Replace according to the cable specification table; Please use a thicker cable; Replace the new plug and check the socket head and cable of the switch; Overhaul the motor.
2. After the pump is started, there is no water, and the water is little or intermittent.
Cause: The motor cannot be started; Pipe blockage; Pipeline rupture; The filter screen is blocked; The suction port is exposed out of the water; The motor rotates reversely, and the sealing ring and impeller of the pump housing are damaged; The lift exceeds the rated lift of submersible pump by too much; The impeller rotates.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting the circuit; Dredge the blockage; Repair welding or pipeline replacement; Dredge the blockage; Reload; Replace the wiring position of the power cord; Replace new parts; Replace the high-lift pump; Reinstall.
3. The motor cannot be started with sound.
Cause: One of the phases is open; Bearing shaft; There is a foreign body in the impeller, and the pump body is stuck.
Elimination method: repair the line; Repair or replace the bearing; Remove foreign bodies.
4, the current is too large, ammeter pointer swing.
Reason: the rotor sweeps the hall; The relative rotation of shaft and bearing is not flexible; Due to the serious wear of thrust bearing, the impeller and sealing ring are worn; The shaft is bent and the bearing is not concentric; The dynamic water level drops below the water inlet; Impeller immersion depth is not enough, and the inhaled air causes vibration; Impeller compression nut is loose.
Elimination method: replace the bearing; Replace or repair bearings; Replace thrust bearing or thrust disk; Send it to the factory for repair; Adjust the throttle valve, reduce the flow or change wells; The electric pump moves down; Tighten the nut.
5, water pump suddenly cut off, the motor stopped running.
Cause: the air switch trips or the fuse is blown, and the power supply is cut off; The stator winding is burnt out; Impeller stuck; Wet submersible pump motor is short of water; Oil-filled wet submersible pump motor is short of oil.
Troubleshooting: check the line fault and motor winding fault and eliminate them; Check the cause of power failure and troubleshoot; Repair the stator winding; Remove sundries; Repair the motor.
Third, the use of submersible pump
1, check before use
(1) Check the shell of submersible pump for cracks. If there are any cracks, it cannot be used.
(2) Check whether the exhaust hole, drain hole, oil drain hole and cable joint of submersible pump are loose, and tighten them if they are loose.
(3) Check the insulation resistance of submersible pump. With 500v insulation resistance meter, the insulation resistance should not be less than 5m? If it is lower than this value, the water holes and air holes should be opened and dried or dried before use.
(4) Submersible pump cable had better not have a joint. If there is a connector, it should be bandaged, and the whole cable should be free from damage and breakage, otherwise a new cable should be replaced. In addition, the cable should be overhead, not too long.
(5) Before starting, correct the positive and negative poles of the power supply to prevent the water pump from turning upside down.
(6) Before starting the machine, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the power supply circuit and switch, and power on the ground to idle for 3 ~ 5 minutes. If it works normally, put it into the water and put it into use.
2. Use precautions
(1) Different types of submersible pumps shall be used according to the specified lift, and the inner diameters of steel pipes, rubber pipes or sail pipes shall meet the technical requirements.
(2) Try not to bend the outlet pipe, find and repair the' rupture' of the water pipeline in time, and reduce the power loss.
(3) When the submersible pump enters or exits the water, be sure to pull the rope on the earrings, and never pull the cable, otherwise the cable will be damaged.
(4) Submersible pumps can't pump sewage or water with large sand content, especially mechanical sealed submersible pumps should pay more attention to this.
(5) The submersible pump power supply should be selected according to regulations, the distance between the power supply and the pump should not be too far, and the voltage should be within the normal range? Within the range of 10%, an iron bar should be buried at 1m above the power supply or water pump to ensure safety. The power supply must be reliably grounded and installed with a leakage protector. In addition, try to avoid starting when the power supply voltage is too high or too low. If the voltage is too high, the motor will overheat and burn the winding. If the voltage is too low, the motor speed will decrease, which will cause the starting winding to heat up for a long time and even burn out the winding and capacitor.
(6) The diving depth of submersible pump is generally 0.5~3m, and it should be lifted vertically, and it should not be on its back, let alone stuck in the sediment.
(7) Submersible pumps should use circuit breakers as control equipment or three-pole switches, but 6a electric fuses must be installed.
(8) Submersible pump should not be dehydrated. When pumping water in the pool, attention should be paid to the drop of water level to prevent the power supply from flowing out. The interview time is 3 ~ 5 minutes, otherwise the motor will burn out.
(9) Submersible pump shall be attended by specialized personnel when working. If any abnormality is found, the power shall be cut off immediately for inspection.
(10) When using submersible pump, don't wash things, swim or put animals in the nearby water to prevent electric shock. If leakage is found, cut off the power supply quickly and check the treatment. When the impeller reverses after the water pump is running, it should be stopped immediately, and any two of the three-phase core wires should be replaced to make it run normally.
(1 1) Submersible pumps should not be used too often, should they? Open? 、? Stop? After stopping, restart every 3 ~ 5 minutes, because the current through the motor is very large when starting. If it is started frequently, the heat in the motor will accumulate and the temperature will rise, which will affect the insulation performance of the winding and lead to the winding burning.
