1, 2 1 daily diet 2 1 daily diet first stage diet.

Eat less and drink more boiled water or honey water.

Note: This stage is the therapy of eating less in the first 3 days (eating less, detoxification stage, drinking boiled water or honey water).

Tip: The first stage begins on the second or third day after menstruation. Drinking a cup of 500ml light salt water every morning at a temperature of about 25 degrees (the salt content should not exceed 2g) is just like eating breakfast. One is to replenish water, the other is to promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and further detoxify.

2, 2 1 day diet, the second stage diet.

Breakfast: coffee, oranges and apples.

For breakfast, a bowl of red bean and rice porridge, a refreshing cake (cucumber, carrot, celery and boiled spiced peanuts), longan or jujube 1.

Chinese food: scrambled eggs with tomatoes, fungus and celery, fried oil wheat vegetables and half a bowl of rice.

For dinner, spinach, pig blood and bean curd soup, fried potato shreds, and cold cabbage heart.

Breakfast bean curd with soy sauce, steamed egg soup and half a steamed bread.

Cold broccoli, steamed fish, diced green peppers and winter bamboo shoots, and half a bowl of rice.

Dinner cold green bamboo shoots, Mapo tofu, hot and sour lotus root slices, a bowl of millet porridge.

Note: This stage is the last 10 day, and you can eat normally (60% of the meal is full, and you don't eat any food for 5 hours before going to bed).
