1. Second, hotels and other hotels should strictly implement the obligation of temporary accommodation registration and reporting for foreigners. The reception unit, the community and the lessor shall, in accordance with the provisions, report the health status, activity track and contact personnel of foreign personnel to the public security organ or the relevant epidemic prevention and control department in a timely manner, and cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures such as isolated observation. The unit or community should guide the migrants to apply for the health pass code through the Shandong electronic health pass code "Lailu declaration" module at the first time.
3. Those who deliberately conceal the illness, residence history and close contacts of the entry personnel and refuse to implement the provisions on epidemic prevention and control shall be given administrative punishment according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
If the relevant units, communities or individuals fail to register and report the information of entry personnel according to the regulations, they will be dealt with severely according to the law.
Four, the broad masses of the people are requested to report to the local public security organ or the relevant epidemic prevention and control department about the entry personnel who may violate the epidemic prevention and control measures.
