The content of "three reductions and three health activities" aims to advocate and spread the concept of healthy lifestyle and improve the health quality of the whole people.

The "Three Reductions and Three Health" campaign is a nationwide healthy lifestyle campaign jointly sponsored by the CDC of the National Health and Wellness Committee, the National patriotic health campaign committee Office and the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, aiming at advocating and spreading the concept of healthy lifestyle and improving the health quality of the whole people.

Three reduction refers to reducing salt, oil and sugar, aiming at advocating people to reduce the consumption of salt, oil and sugar in cooking, so as to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia. Specifically, it is suggested that each person should consume no more than 6 grams of salt, 25 grams of oil and 50 grams of sugar every day.

Sanjian refers to healthy oral cavity, healthy weight and healthy bones, aiming at encouraging people to pay attention to the health of oral cavity, weight and bones and adopt an active lifestyle to prevent the occurrence of related diseases. Specifically, it is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day for more than two minutes each time; Maintain an appropriate weight to avoid obesity or emaciation; Strengthen exercise and improve bone health.

In order to reduce the three major health problems, the following measures are taken:

1. Reduce the frequency of eating out, try to cook at home, and control the amount of salt, oil and sugar used in cooking.
