Can the number of heartbeats reflect a person's health?
The number of heartbeats depends on your cardiac output. People and athletes who exercise regularly have particularly developed myocardium and increased cardiac output. Under the same conditions, the more blood the heart beats each time, the less the number of heartbeats will be. The number of heartbeats can reflect a person's health. Of course, there is a limit to everything. Too much heartbeat is not good. Too much is called tachycardia, too little is called bradycardia. Generally speaking, the heart rate is about 75 beats per minute.
