How to release 1 when Ankang code pops up for more than 24 hours? After more than 24 hours, the pop-up window cannot be closed and the Ankang code cannot be used. Need to complete nucleic acid testing as required, upload negative reports of nucleic acid testing and other materials to appeal;
2. Open Alipay, and in Alipay interface, click Open Health Code;
3. Click the "I want to appeal" button in the menu bar below;
4. Then click the "Select My Appeal" button;
5. In the "Complaint Problem Type" column, click to select the incorrect registration information, and then click the "Submit" button below.
