Employees who meet the following conditions while receiving subsidies from health managers can apply for skills upgrading subsidies:
(a) to participate in unemployment insurance according to law and pay unemployment insurance premiums for more than 36 months (including 36 months).
(2) Having obtained primary (level 5), intermediate (level 4) and advanced (level 3) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates since October 20 17+ 1 year 10.
The health manager receives the subsidy materials (1), and one copy of the Personal Application Form for Skills Upgrading Subsidies in XX City for on-the-job insured employees (stamped by the insured unit);

(three) a copy of my professional qualification certificate (grade and type of work should be copied);
(4) Copy of social security card or bank card (those who have received social security card need to provide social security card, and other bank cards, preferably Changsha Bank, need not provide social security card).
Health Manager Subsidy Review Process (1) Employees should apply for skills upgrading subsidies at the unemployment insurance agency where they participate in unemployment insurance within 12 months from the date when the vocational qualification certificate or vocational skill level certificate is issued.

(three) the unemployment insurance agency shall, after the examination and approval according to the prescribed procedures, directly distribute the subsidy funds to the applicant's personal bank account or social security card.
