Bamin Health Code is a unified electronic health pass in Fujian Province, which is implemented by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, coordinated with epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and built by using the development achievements of digital Fujian.
Through the online verification of epidemic prevention health information in the national and Fujian related databases, the two-dimensional code can be generated in real time, and the code can be displayed by one key, so as to avoid "filling in the form to fight the epidemic" and realize "one code for prevention and control of epidemic situation".
On February 4th, 2020, the Bamin Health Code was launched. In May, 20021year, the General Office of the People's Government of Fujian Province issued "Key Points of Digital Fujian Work in 20021year", clearly upgrading the "Eight People Health Code" to "Fujian Code".
On February 14, 2020, relying on Fujian APP, Fujian Province quickly developed and launched the first provincial health code in China-Bamin health code.
In May, 20021year, the General Office of the People's Government of Fujian Province issued "Key Points of Digital Fujian Work in 20021year", which clearly upgraded "Fujian Health Eight Codes" to "Fujian Codes", coordinated technical standards such as electronic identity, electronic health card, medical insurance electronic card and electronic social security card, and realized a mobile phone for medical treatment in the whole province; Integrate people's livelihood service resources and create high-frequency scene applications such as sports, tourism and culture.
On June 7th, 20021year, Bamin Health Code launched "New Skin". After the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine is inoculated, "COVID-19 vaccine × 1" will be displayed in the lower right corner of Bamin health code page, and the pattern in the middle of the health code will turn into two banyan leaves wrapped with a daffodil, and a golden border will be generated around the health code.
After the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine is inoculated, "COVID-19 vaccine ×2" will be displayed in the lower right corner of Bamin health code page, and the daffodils, banyan leaves and bottom background in the middle pattern of health code will turn golden yellow, indicating that the two doses of vaccine have been inoculated.
