Health certificate inspection object:
1, engaged in food and drinking water production and management personnel, cosmetics production personnel, public places to directly serve customers;
2. Anyone who suffers from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis and other digestive tract infectious diseases, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder food hygiene and public health shall not engage in direct contact with people's food or directly serve customers before being cured;
3 food production and management personnel, drinking water supply and management personnel, cosmetics production enterprise production personnel; People who directly serve customers in hotels, cafes, bars, teahouses, public bathrooms, barbershops, beauty salons and swimming pools have a physical examination once a year;
4. The personnel who directly serve foreign customers have a physical examination every two years.
Before handling the health certificate, the following items shall be checked:
1, 2 ID cards and one-inch color photos of individuals bareheaded, receive the medical examination form, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, paste the photos, and fill in the basic information such as name and gender.
2. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test.
3. Routine physical examination of internal and external surgery.
4, X-ray chest X-ray.
5. Complete all physical examination items.

Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
