It takes 48 hours for nucleic acid detection to take the high-speed rail into local policies;
(a) for people who have lived in prefecture-level cities with local case reports within 7 days, they will be given "three days and three inspections" after coming to Guangzhou, and they will be instructed to conduct a nucleic acid test on the fifth and seventh days respectively to do a good job in health monitoring.
(2) Other areas in the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the middle and high-risk areas are located are low-risk areas. For those who live in low-risk areas for less than 7 days, "three days and three inspections" will be implemented, during which the health at home will be monitored, and nucleic acid testing will be carried out on the fifth and seventh days respectively, so as to do a good job in health monitoring. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.
(3) For those who have lived in the middle-risk area for less than 7 days, take home isolation medical observation for 7 days, and conduct a nucleic acid test for 1, 4 and 7 days; Do not have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation; The management period starts from leaving the risk area.
(4) For those who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days, they will be isolated for 7 days for medical observation, and the nucleic acid will be detected on the first 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days; The management period starts from leaving the risk area.
(five) from other provinces land border port city to Guangzhou (back) personnel need to hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.
(6) Implement "three-day and three-inspection" for Macao entry personnel (the first time is deemed to be completed within 24 hours after the arrival of the negative nucleic acid certificate), and do a good job in health monitoring. In principle, the first three days are "two o'clock (living and working)", and no public transportation such as buses, parties and dinners are allowed.
(7) Implement the management measures of "7-day centralized isolation medical observation +3-day home health monitoring" for entry personnel, and conduct a nucleic acid test on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the third day of home health monitoring. If the entry personnel enter from other cities and the destination is our city personnel.
After 7 days of centralized isolation medical observation in other cities, you can return to our city for 3 days of home health monitoring, and conduct 1 and 1 nucleic acid detection for 3 days of home health monitoring, and the community will provide home nucleic acid sampling service. Don't go out during home health monitoring, and do personal protection when going out for medical treatment and other special circumstances, and try to avoid taking public transportation.
(8) Persons coming (returning) to Guangzhou, Xizang Autonomous Region (except high-risk areas) shall be quarantined at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid tests shall be conducted on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively.
