Eight professional and technical qualification (level) examinations (see annex for details) such as the first-class cost engineer in Hainan Province in 2023 will be held in the near future. In order to ensure the safety and order of the exam, please pay attention to the following matters:
First, foreign candidates should know the latest policies and related requirements for epidemic prevention and control in Hainan in advance, and make reasonable arrangements for the trip so as not to delay the exam.
Two, candidates should apply for "Hainan health code" and "communication big data travel card" before the exam, in order to prepare for the staff to check when entering the test center.
3. Candidates who have lived in high-risk areas in China within 0/4 days before arriving at the test center should report to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters and the examination management institution (0898-6537500 1) in advance, cooperate with the nucleic acid detection and isolation control measures of the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and hold the health pass code "green code" twice within 48 hours (24 hours apart).
Candidates can enter the test center 40 minutes before the test. Before entering the test center, you must accept the "Hainan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" inspection and temperature measurement. Those who pass the green code and temperature measurement can enter the test center. Candidates with abnormal code color can enter the test center only after being assessed by on-site health and epidemic prevention professionals to meet the requirements. Candidates who fail to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test twice within 48 hours (24 hours apart) or fail to meet the requirements as assessed by on-site health and epidemic prevention professionals, whose body temperature is above 37.3℃ or have suspicious symptoms as confirmed by on-site health and epidemic prevention professionals are not allowed to enter the test center.
5. During the examination, candidates should always wear masks (masks must be removed when verifying their identity) and pay attention to keeping a safe distance.
6. During the examination, if the candidates have symptoms such as fever and cough, they will be evaluated by the on-site health and epidemic prevention professionals, and they will be arranged to take the examination in the standby isolation examination room as appropriate, or take isolation measures immediately and send them to the designated hospital for treatment.
Seven, candidates should consciously abide by the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and personal protection. Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness or lie about their fever history, residence history and contact history, and who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work during the examination will be dealt with according to the law and regulations.
