What building is the sphere on the Health Trail Mountain in Xiamen?

Inquiring about Xiamen news, I learned that the ball on the Health Trail Hill in Xiamen refers to a building named "Taiwan Province Volunteer Memorial Park" located on the Health Trail in Xiamen. This building was built in 2002 to commemorate Xiamen people and Taiwan Province people who volunteered in Taiwan Province province. Xiamen Shanhai Health Trail is about 23 kilometers long, starting from the cruise terminal and ending at Guanyin Mountain Dream Beach. It is connected in series with "eight mountains and three waters" on islands such as Yaodang Lake, Huwei Mountain, Xianyue Mountain, Yuanshan Mountain, Lingxue Mountain, Hutou Mountain, Jinshan, Hubin Reservoir, Wuyuan Bay, Huzai Mountain and Guanyin Mountain. Healthy trails connect important ecological nodes in the north-central part of Xiamen Island in series, forming a mountain-sea pedestrian corridor running through the east-west direction of the whole island. The trail was officially opened on New Year's Day in 2020.
