Only when meat and vegetables are eaten together can it be beneficial to our health. We primary school students are in the growing stage and can't be picky about food. The combination of meat and vegetables is more beneficial to health. Then "eat without warning" when eating, and overeating is harmful to your health.

It is not only a problem of balanced nutrition, but also the food safety of primary and secondary school students is very serious. Now around the school, small stalls are full of junk food and "three noes" food. By junk food, we mean foods with high calorie and low nutrition such as instant noodles and ham sausages. "Three noes" food refers to food without product name, factory name and address, production date and shelf life. Primary and middle school students have weak food safety awareness and poor self-discipline ability. It is common to treat junk food and "three noes" food as snacks. Every day after school, students scramble to buy junk food and "three noes" food. These foods not only lack nutrition, but also contain hormones, which do not meet the hygiene standards and will cause harm to the body after eating. Someone in the United States once did an experiment, eating only McDonald's food and drinking only McDonald's drinks for 30 consecutive days. As a result, he was originally healthy, his weight dropped sharply, and his liver, kidneys and other organs were also damaged. This experiment further illustrates the harm of eating junk food. Here, I advise you not to go to McDonald's and KFC fast food restaurants once every three days and eat those foods with high calorie and low nutrition, not to mention other junk food and "three noes" food.
