Five protective measures to prevent noise hearing loss

First: reduce the use time of headphones and strictly follow the "60-60" principle;

The so-called "60-60" principle refers to the internationally recognized method to protect hearing, that is, when using headphones, the volume should generally not exceed 60% of the maximum volume, and it is best to turn it down; Do not use headphones continuously for more than 60 minutes. Adults should not wear headphones for more than 3~4 hours a day, and minors should not wear headphones for more than 2 hours, and after wearing headphones for 30~40 minutes each time, let their ears get enough rest.

Second: Never sleep with headphones on;

It is difficult to control the posture when sleeping, which will cause noise damage, easily oppress headphones and bring physical harm to fragile ears;

Third: don't listen to music in a noisy environment;

When you find that you can't hear clearly when you turn up the volume to 60% in a noisy environment, it's time to take off your headphones. Listening again will only damage your ears;

Fourth, use headphones with noise reduction function;

Active noise-reducing headphones can protect hearing and reduce the noise impact when listening to music. On the other hand, they can also help us reduce the volume of headphones.
