Tongue to see heart health

In fact, in our real life, we can judge a person's health from some superficial phenomena. Of course, this judgment is not 100% correct, but in many ways, it is also somewhat accurate, at least with some correlation.

For example, a person with a bad heart and a person with a good heart have different tongues. There are several obvious characteristics in this. What characteristics can be used to judge that this person has a bad heart?

1 This number is a sudden blush. In fact, our normal tongue is pale pink or fleshy pink, but if your tongue suddenly turns very red, it is probably a deficiency of heart yin. If you still have palpitations, irritability and poor sleep, you should pay attention.

The second is that the tongue is blue and purple. If the situation is serious, there are still some chest tightness, tingling and dizziness, probably because of cerebrovascular diseases.

The third situation is that the tongue suddenly turns white. Why? A normal tongue is pale pink. If the tongue suddenly turns white, the reason is probably that the heart has insufficient hematopoiesis, or the blood is not smooth, resulting in insufficient blood, so the tongue suddenly turns white.

If your tongue suddenly turns white and your chest still hurts, you are often bored, and you are particularly afraid of the cold. You often sweat profusely and feel weak, so you have a great chance of suffering from anemia heart disease.

This is just a superficial judgment. If your tongue changes above, don't panic. You should go to the hospital for a formal check-up to make sure you are healthy.
