Health Code: Required. Guangzhou's health code is "Yuekang code" or "Suikang code" (planes, railway stations, bus stations, scenic spots and other places need to be inspected).

(2) Prevention and control measures for epidemic situation of returnees.
1. Entry personnel need to be isolated in a centralized way: According to the novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan (Seventh Edition), confirmed cases (infected persons), suspected cases (suspected infected persons) and persons with fever and other symptoms found among entry personnel should be transferred to designated medical institutions in time. All other entry personnel should be tested for nucleic acid after entry, and undergo centralized isolation medical observation 14 days.
2. Conditions for lifting the isolation of centralized medical observers: the centralized medical observers shall conduct health examination at each centralized isolation point, and conduct COVID-19 nucleic acid examination on the first 1, 4th, 7th and14th day of the observation period. Only when the nucleic acid test result is negative on the14th day of isolation can the isolation be lifted.
3. Conditions for entry-exit personnel to be transferred to home isolation: elderly people aged 70 and above, minors aged 65,438+04 and below, pregnant women, people with basic diseases, and those who have recently fallen ill (died) in their immediate family members can apply for home isolation. After the above-mentioned special personnel entered the country, they were transferred to the centralized isolation observation point, and samples were collected on the same day for COVID-19 nucleic acid detection. If the test result is negative, you can apply to the prevention and control office of the jurisdiction for home isolation. After receiving the application for home isolation, the jurisdiction shall verify whether it meets the conditions of home isolation (single room has a fixed independent portal residence and a separate bathroom, and suite has a separate bathroom). Meet the conditions, notify them to handle the domestic personnel transfer according to the regulations.
4. Health monitoring of entry personnel after the isolation is lifted: within 7 days after the isolation is lifted, entry personnel should strictly carry out health monitoring at home, do personal protection when going out, avoid participating in gathering activities, and conduct nucleic acid testing on the second and seventh days after the isolation is lifted.
