The 24th meeting of the 9th NPC Standing Committee of People's Republic of China (PRC) was adopted on 27 October, 20001year/kloc-0, and shall come into force on 27 May 2002.
Article 15
New construction, expansion, reconstruction, technical transformation and technology introduction projects (hereinafter referred to as construction projects) may produce occupational hazards, and the construction unit shall submit a pre-evaluation report on occupational hazards to the health administrative department at the feasibility demonstration stage.
