Sun Xin, a researcher at China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said that these diseases are not statutory occupational diseases, but they are all related to occupational activities, and he thought that they might be classified as occupational diseases in the future.
At present, the classification and catalogue of occupational diseases in China have not listed these work-related diseases as statutory occupational diseases. I believe that with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of social security capacity, China will timely study and adjust the catalogue of occupational diseases to include the occupational diseases that are most harmful to the health of workers.
According to the relevant provisions of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, the national health authorities, together with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, formulated and adjusted the classification and catalogue of occupational diseases. The current Classification and Catalogue of Occupational Diseases was revised in 20 13 years, including 10 category 132 occupational diseases. The 10 occupational diseases are occupational pneumoconiosis and other respiratory diseases, occupational dermatoses, occupational eye diseases, occupational otorhinolaryngology and oral diseases, occupational chemical poisoning, occupational diseases caused by physical factors, radiation diseases, occupational infectious diseases, occupational tumors and other occupational diseases.
Although diseases such as cervical spondylosis have not been listed as statutory occupational diseases, we still can't take it lightly and plan ahead. After all, the body is the capital of the revolution, how to prevent it?
Recently, the Healthy China Action Promotion Committee issued the Healthy China Action (20 19-2030), which put forward specific action targets and suggestions for occupational disease prevention and control of the above groups.
