Is the Bluetooth connection between Glory Watch ES and Sports Health App automatically disconnected or not automatically reconnected?

Glory Watch ES and Sports Health App need to make the following settings to ensure the normal Bluetooth connection:

1. Please upgrade Glory Watch ES and Sports Health App to the latest version;

2. Please make sure that the Glory Watch ES and the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone are turned on;

3. Please turn on the mobile phone GPS switch, and open Huawei Health App in the mobile phone settings to obtain location permissions;

4. Open the application and see if you can connect automatically. If you can connect automatically, it is generally caused by the fact that the sports health App can't run normally in the background of the mobile phone.

Android phones need to add sports health applications to protected background applications. If the sports health app has other restrictions, please delete it.

5. If you can't automatically reconnect after opening the App, please click Reconnect on the device details page of the current Glory Watch ES to reconnect.

If you can't reconnect, please try the following methods:

1) Restart the Bluetooth connection of the mobile phone;

2) Restart the glory watch ES to reconnect;

3) Restart the phone and reconnect.

4) Turn on the switch of the real-time push step in Huawei Health App- My-Settings-Message Management to reduce the probability that Huawei Health App will be cleaned up by the mobile phone system when running in the background;

Re-pair the connection after the App is unbound.

6. If the above methods cannot be solved, please restore the glory watch ES to the factory settings and check whether the paired glory watch ES still exists in the Bluetooth of the mobile phone. If yes, please delete the pairing information and re-pair.
