A healthy diet to lose weight: three meals a day.

Garlic and broccoli

Ingredients: 300g of broccoli, salt 1 teaspoon, 2 cloves of garlic, vegetable oil 1 tablespoon, chicken essence 1/2 teaspoons, and 2 tablespoons of water starch.

Stir-fried celery with three shreds

Ingredients: celery 1 00g, red pepper1,white radish 30g, leek10g, garlic10g. Salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, wet powder, sesame oil and peanut oil.

White mushroom and silver bud soup

Ingredients: Pleurotus ostreatus 1 50g, mung bean sprouts 70g, one tomato, 5g ginger, 800ml water, 3g salt and sesame oil1ml.

Exercise:

1, put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant.

2. Add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until soft, then add water to boil.

3. Add the washed Pleurotus eryngii and cook for ten minutes.

4. Finally, add mung bean sprouts to cook, add salt to taste, and pour sesame oil before cooking.

Kelp and radish soup

Ingredients: hawthorn10g, kelp100g, osmanthus fragrans10g, 5 slices of ginger and 300g of radish.

Exercise:

1. Peel radish and cut it into small pieces.

2. Boil 1500ml water in the pot, and then put the radish, kelp and ginger slices first.

3. When the water boils again, turn to low heat until the radish and kelp are cooked.

4. Finally, add other raw materials wrapped in gauze and cook for 15 minutes.
