Why do people pay more and more attention to mental health?
Nowadays, the social competition is fierce, and the incidence of mental illness is getting higher and higher. Many people can only suffer from mental illness silently. Relevant surveys show that 20% to 30% of people in cities suffer from mental illness to varying degrees, and more and more people suffer from depression, anxiety, compulsion, insomnia, neurasthenia and other mental diseases. There are many reasons for mental illness, but there are two main ones. First, individuals encounter certain setbacks in the process of psychological growth, thus forming a certain complex or even a specific personality, but they don't know it; Second, there are some problems in my own way of thinking, such as being too self-centered, too pursuing perfection, and being stubborn. If these psychological problems are not solved and released in time, they will aggravate mental illness. Once the number of patients with mental illness increases sharply, it will cause instability and disharmony to the society and bring great harm to our social and economic life.
