People coming to (returning to) Gansu from low-risk areas in epidemic-free provinces (including card holders) pass in an orderly manner. Anhui is a low-risk area.
First, mainlanders need to be isolated when they enter Gansu. The specific policies are as follows:
Residents who have passed through Ejina Banner, Jiayuguan City, Zhangye City and Jinta County of Jiuquan City in Inner Mongolia since 1 and 10 (inclusive), or people who have crossed the trajectory of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected people, and whose health code is "red team" or "yellow code", please report relevant information to their communities, units and hotels at the first time.
2./KLOC-People who have come (returned) to Gansu from Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang since September (inclusive), people who have crossed the activity track of asymptomatic infected people, and people whose health code is "red and yellow code", please take the initiative to report the relevant situation to the local community at the first time, accept community health management, and cooperate with nucleic acid detection as required;
3. Those who come (return) to Gansu from areas with high epidemic risk shall be isolated for 14 days, during which nucleic acid detection shall be conducted at least twice.
Second, how to automatically lift the quarantine 14 days?
1, asymptomatic patients, usually after the expiration of isolation 14 days, if there are no suspicious or suspected symptoms, the isolation will be automatically lifted; Or suspected cases are confirmed or suspected by medical diagnosis, and their close contacts can also be released from medical isolation for observation.
2. Patients with symptoms can be released from isolation if their condition is stable, their spirits recover, their body temperature returns to normal for more than 3 days, their lung images are obviously improved, and their virus tests are negative for two consecutive times (at least 1 day).
Third, the cost of being quarantined 14 days
1. If ordinary people become secret or sub-secret, their isolation costs are generally paid by the government, and individuals do not need to bear the isolation costs. But if it's just home isolation, the cost is your own.
2. Areas from high risk to low risk are isolated, and the expenses are generally paid by themselves. If you are on a business trip, you can apply for reimbursement from the company.
3. Those who come back from abroad are responsible for their own expenses, and the government will not bear this part of the expenses.
