Anyone suspected of endangering public security by dangerous means, which has not caused serious consequences, is generally sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years; Whoever causes serious injury or death to others or heavy losses to public or private property shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 10 years, life imprisonment or death.
Those who suffer from sudden infectious diseases or suspected sudden infectious diseases, refuse to accept quarantine, compulsory isolation or treatment, and cause the spread of infectious diseases through negligence, if the circumstances are serious and endanger public safety, shall be convicted and punished according to the crime of negligent endangering public safety.
Symptoms of tuberculosis:
The symptoms of tuberculosis mainly include two parts. The first part is the whole body, mainly including low fever, fatigue, night sweats, loss of appetite, weight loss and so on in the afternoon. When the disease progresses, there will be high fever, cough, chest pain or general failure. Secondly, the respiratory system shows slight cough, dry cough, or coughing up a small amount of mucus and phlegm. When combined with bronchial tuberculosis, it will show irritating cough and hemoptysis. When combined with exudative pleurisy, it is often accompanied by chest pain, and patients with a large number of pleural effusion may have difficulty breathing.
How to prevent tuberculosis:
1. Early diagnosis and treatment: If you have tuberculosis, you should make early diagnosis and treatment to avoid the deterioration of the disease and prevent the spread of germs; Tuberculosis patients can be treated in any chest and lung clinic.
2. Examination of people who have had close contact with tuberculosis patients: This is mainly aimed at the family members of patients, including tuberculin test and/or lung examination for young children and lung examination for older children and adults.
3. Healthy life: When the human body's resistance drops, tuberculosis will break out, so we should keep a healthy life to reduce the chance of getting sick.
