Healthy diet in summer

Summer diet should be light and less greasy. Light food is not only suitable for digestion, but also can increase appetite without increasing the burden on the spleen and stomach.

You can eat more fruits and vegetables in summer, among which bitter and sour foods can be taken in moderation. Bitter food has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, stimulating appetite, and eliminating food shortage in summer, heat and dampness.
