Make it a way of life, not a goal. When I think about dieting, I see the limits. I eat chicken and broccoli every day (believe me, I used to eat like this during competitions! It's not fun for anyone. We all need to live the life we want. Now, we can't always eat whatever we want, but we can make the best choice we can get. This means taking a healthy diet and losing weight successfully as a way of life. This is absolutely correct. These are all aimed at creating the best life possible, making you healthy, energetic and slim, and making full use of every minute you have.

Rest should be given priority, not luxury. Rest is essential for everyone. It can prevent us from being completely exhausted. When your body needs a nap, take a nap. If you want to sleep all morning instead of going to the gym, so be it! Your body can only do so much. Eating it when it needs rest will only increase your susceptibility to diseases, immune problems and injuries. A day or two doesn't matter.

Eat fresh and real food 98% of the time. Many of us prefer convenience instead of spending some time cooking some healthy food. I know many people are not very enthusiastic about cooking, but what if you turn this situation around and think that nutrition is the key to everything? This is true, because our health is our wealth. When we eat well, everything else in our life will be in order. Fresh food is essential to our health in all aspects. Picking seasonal agricultural products and cooking by yourself is not only a reward, but also that you really know what's inside. This has a great influence on your overall health and happiness. Don't forget, you can actually go out for a night or two if you want. Change is the key.

Just like these simple steps, I believe that sometimes the simple things in life are forgotten in the endless noise around us. I think we should all add these points to our lives. I should keep my promise. As a newcomer, I will spend one morning a week meditating and walking in the local park. This is what I like to do when I am anxious a few months ago. When the birds are singing, I force myself to meditate and go outside to breathe fresh air. Very good, very effective. If you find it difficult to calm your mind, try it.
