Second, career goals and planning
3-4 years: familiar with hotel operation, working as a middle-level supervisor in a certain department; Obtained a diploma in hotel management by correspondence and an intermediate vocational qualification certificate; Strengthen language learning and be fluent in spoken English. This foundation was obtained in a local hotel.
Within 5-8 years: department head; Advanced vocational qualification certificate; We should also strengthen language learning, master at least three foreign languages, be fluent in spoken English, and be able to basically understand and communicate with other small languages.
At this stage, if the local hotel develops well, it is necessary to strive to be the executive deputy general manager of the hotel; If for other reasons, go to the hotel in Wuhan to seek development and be a department head.
8- 12 years: department director; Obtain the certificate of advanced vocational qualification of the course; Constantly strengthen language learning. At this stage, if you have achieved the position of executive deputy general manager of the local hotel, you must go to Changsha to seek better development, or even step down from the position of department head.
