Provisions on the handling of health certificates

Legal analysis: health supervision institutions at all levels should formulate preventive health examination work plans. The inspected unit shall submit the list of inspected personnel to the health supervision institution as required; The inspected unit is responsible for establishing personal health records. The unit undertaking the health examination shall arrange the health examination according to the list of the inspected personnel determined by the health supervision institution and the prescribed inspection items. The specific health examination work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant national technical specifications. The health inspection unit shall submit the original records and health inspection results of the inspected personnel to the health supervision institution. Health supervision institutions shall, according to the results of health examination, issue health certificates to those who pass the preventive health examination. Put forward opinions on handling unqualified personnel and supervise their implementation. At the same time, the original materials should be submitted to the inspected unit or the designated filing unit for filing. The health supervision institution shall make a unified summary of the preventive health examination within its jurisdiction every year, analyze it and submit it to the local health administrative department and the superior health supervision institution in time.

Legal basis: Article 14 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, the health and epidemic prevention agency may, according to the seriousness of the case, give administrative penalties such as warning, fine, suspension of business for rectification, and revocation of the Hygiene Permit, etc. to units and individuals who commit one of the following acts:

(a) the health quality does not meet the national health standards and requirements, but continues to operate;

(two) without obtaining the "health certificate", and engaged in direct customer service;

(3) refusing health supervision;

(four) without obtaining the "health permit", operating without authorization.

All fines will be turned over to the state treasury.
