On May 26th and 27th, the rematch of mental health quality course in primary and secondary schools was held in Tiantan Road Primary School and Experimental Middle School respectively. Excellent representatives of primary school group and junior high school group showed us six wonderful mental health lessons.

After listening to the class, under the organization of Director Chang Zhiqiang, the judges, contestants and lecturers were disrupted and divided into several groups for intense discussion. This form of discussion allows each of us to actively participate in it, feel deeper and gain more:

First, the application of group cooperation in mental health classes

1. It is best to work in a group of four people;

2. There should be standards for discussion: time, content and methods should be clearly explained to students, and organizers, recorders and reporters should let students divide their work reasonably;

3. A class can be discussed many times to ensure that each student can be an organizer, recorder and reporter;

4. In the process of group discussion, teachers should participate in the guidance, preferably in groups;

5. After the group discussion, it is necessary to report in groups. After each group report, teachers should supplement it as needed.

The advantages of group discussion are: the problems or methods discussed in group discussion are more comprehensive; The method of group discussion is to guide a group to solve a problem; After the group report, the teacher will make a suggestion and summary according to the group speech. After the whole group discussion, the reasons and countermeasures of the practical problems to be solved in the class come out, so that students can fully experience and express and arouse everyone's enthusiasm.

When we discuss "Easy Entrance Examination" in groups, Mr. Wang thinks that students can randomly select as many cards as possible after writing their heart cards in class, and then ask other students to help him make moves and make suggestions. After the group discussion, Mr. Wang thinks that the collected cards can be posted on the blackboard, the unnecessary troubles can be posted on the left, and the problems that he wants to solve most can be posted on the right, and then he can throw them into the group at will to brainstorm and solve the problems. Or let the students claim the card and return the class to the students. In this way, the group newspaper plays the role of resource sharing, and everyone can fully share it! We really experienced what group discussion is and how to use it in class.

When preparing lessons, we should pay attention to the differences between students and understand the actual situation of students through specific research and data. Different types of students have different personalities and family backgrounds, which leads to different problems they present. Take the lesson "Easy Exam" as an example. Teachers will ask students what they are worried about before the exam. Students with good academic qualifications are afraid of failing to meet the requirements of their parents or teachers and disappointing their parents; Students with different personalities may show different degrees of nervousness in the face of exams. Teachers should consider the possible situations of different students when preparing lessons, and consider the differences of each child when presupposing.

1. Don't take too long to import the game or warm up. After warming up, cut into the theme of this lesson as soon as possible and throw out the problems that need to be solved in time;

2. Lead-in can also make use of the dribs and drabs in students' life, so that we can better enter students, which requires us to be a conscientious person in life and collect more materials from students at ordinary times. For example, the lesson "Colorful Emotional World" can capture students' emotions and performances in conflict, mutual assistance, honor and disgrace, criticism and injustice. Collect the material before editing and post-processing. As an exotic product, it will definitely cause students to sing more bad songs.

1. Pay attention to the generation of the classroom. We are used to guiding students to follow our ideas. For example, we ask students to say our preset "happy", and students may say words such as "ecstatic", "happy" and "excited". This has not reached our preset, so we will always guide students to say it by default, resulting in many students afraid to speak, afraid that the content of the answer is different from the teacher's preset. We need to pay more attention to the generation of classes-this is the starting point of classes.

2. Guide students to analyze the reasons, and let students discuss and analyze the reasons in groups, which will solve the problem more pertinently than the teacher directly gives a coup. It will be more effective for students to solve problems after they know the reasons for their procrastination or exam nervousness.

After group discussion and group report in class, teachers often can't sum up by themselves. At this time, let the students say (classify)-what have you experienced through this class? What did you get? Which direction will you work hard in the future? 1. The starting point is to classify the psychological needs of students in life and study through investigation, and then solve the practical problems of students one by one. For example, after introducing Xiao Wang's story, Wang Lili, a teacher in experimental middle school, divided Xiao Wang into timid Xiao Wang, defensive Xiao Wang, indifferent Xiao Wang and impulsive Xiao Wang, skillfully let the students sit in the right position-what kind of Xiao Wang is "I", and then let the students cooperate in groups to find solutions for different Xiao Wang.

2. Classroom activities should make students experience the adverse effects of psychological contradictions and conflicts (teacher-student, peer, parent-child relationship). Only when students truly experience these adverse effects will they have the need to solve problems; This is also the biggest difference between psychology class and moral class. Psychology class is to let students fully experience, let him experience and feel in the experience!

3. According to students' psychological characteristics, analyze the causes of the problems; Pupils have the psychological characteristics of pupils, and middle school students have the psychological characteristics of middle school students. Different characteristics have different problems and different reasons.

4. Explore and solve students' problems with the help of certain psychological skills; This actually puts forward higher requirements for the professional level of our mental health teachers.

5. In the expanding process, we should use methods and skills to make students form habits, thus improving their psychological quality.

A psychology class cannot solve all the problems at once. In fact, our class just pointed out the direction for the students. It is important that he should continue to work hard after class and stick to this direction in order to achieve certain results.

From the preliminary contest of quality mental health class to the launching ceremony of mental health education publicity month, and then to the rematch of this quality class, Director Chang has been emphasizing that teachers should pay attention to students, understand their psychological needs before class, let students fully experience and share in class, and help students solve practical problems in the form of group cooperation. The starting point and the end result of everything are students, which is the direction of all mental health teachers' efforts in the future.
