2.( 1) The Law on the Protection of Minors stipulates: "Parents or other guardians shall perform their obligations of guardianship and upbringing of minors according to law, and shall not abuse or abandon minors;
(two) shall not discriminate against female minors or disabled minors;
(3) At the same time, it is stipulated: "The state guarantees that the person, property and other legitimate rights and interests of minors are inviolable. Any organization or individual has the right to discourage or stop acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors, or to report or accuse the relevant departments. "
(4) The Law on the Protection of Minors also stipulates: "Whoever infringes upon the personal rights or other legal rights of minors and constitutes a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law, and whoever maltreats a minor family member shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to the provisions of the Criminal Law."
3. At the same time, China's laws also prohibit employers from illegally recruiting minors under the age of 16, and from arranging underage workers to engage in underground, toxic and labor-intensive work. The illegal use of child labor is an illegal act that seriously damages the safety and health of minors and endangers the prosperity of the country. The law severely punishes such behavior.
