Do people over 70 need a health certificate to fly?

Provisions for people over 70 years old to fly:

China Civil Aviation Passenger and Luggage Domestic Transportation Rules promulgated by the General Administration of Civil Aviation stipulates that the elderly over 70 years old must hold a certificate issued by a hospital at or above the county level to fly.

If the elderly do not have cardiovascular diseases, such as high blood pressure and heart disease, they can travel by air.

Old people should pay attention to choose large and medium-sized passenger planes as much as possible, and don't take small passenger planes. People who have had surgery recently, or people with hemorrhagic gastric ulcer and otitis media, are not suitable for flying.
