What is practice and how to practice?

Practice refers to a series of constraints that an objective existence with self-awareness actively imposes on itself in order to achieve the purpose of independent evolution. If you really want to practice, you must have three factors. First, a healthy body, and second, a healthy mind. Third, spirituality is developed. [1] The representative practice systems are Taoism, Buddhism, Islam and Sufi, Christianity and Indian yoga.

1. Four aspects of human beings: body, mind (thinking and logic at the brain level), spirituality (inner voice is the source of "inspiration" and creativity), and energy (vitality, strength, heat, psionics, etc.). )-referred to as body, mind, spirit and energy.

2. Self-cultivation is to cultivate these four aspects. Achieve a state of energy balance, and realize the cumulative improvement of energy in dynamics. Achieve physical and mental balance and unity. The so-called way to success is to focus on one thing, and you can achieve anything by integrating your body and mind. If you want to achieve something, you must have "concentration" in addition to concentration. According to the principle of practicing Buddhism, we should be in the present, live in the present, and be in the "empty". In other words, you should always live in the present and realize that you are totally living in the present. Don't have distractions at any time, clear your mind. Just focus on "one". Wisdom can be produced in meditation.

3. The premise of concentration is the "energy balance" mentioned above. If the material, physical and spiritual energy is unbalanced, there will be distractions, desires and various emotions and needs ... we will be led by physical and mental desires and cannot be independent.
