If the humidity in the air is too high or too low, it will cause human discomfort. Heating in winter will reduce the humidity of indoor environment. In different temperature environments, people's comfort to humidity will be different. Generally speaking, people's "tolerance" for humidity is very wide, and 30-70% people will think it is ok. However, indoor humidity is often lower than 20% in winter, which may cause skin and respiratory problems. Therefore, it is a better choice to increase the humidity in various ways and keep the humidity above 30%.
