2. Health standard: The World Health Organization put forward the 10 standard to measure human health.

3. Mental health

Mental health refers to the best state of individual psychological activities within their own environmental conditions, rather than the absolutely perfect state.

4. Three principles to judge mental health.

(1) Whether the psychological activities are consistent with the external environment. That is, whether a person's thoughts and behaviors correctly reflect the outside world and whether there are obvious differences;

(2) Whether the psychological process is complete and harmonious. That is, whether the three processes of cognition, emotion and will in people's psychological activities are complete and coordinated;

(3) Whether the psychological characteristics of personality are relatively stable. That is to say, under the premise that the external environment has not changed significantly, people's personality characteristics such as temperament, personality and ability are relatively stable, and their behavior shows consistency.
